We’ve said it before; summer is a time of sunshine, celebration and – of course – temptation. Being the silly season and summertime all at once, no one is going to blame you for indulging in a cold beer or wine around the BBQ, or some sweet treats from time to time. Some of us may even have over indulged at Christmas dinner, the Boxing Day races or on New Year’s Eve – and that’s OK, too! No, I’m not condoning binge drinking here; I’m simply saying it’s acceptable to let your hair down with friends and family once in a while!
With this in mind, I’ve got a few quick, simple and natural detoxing tools that you can use to bounce back from any over-indulging and keep yourself in healthy shape this summer. The more of these you can do, the better you’ll feel.
