Train for the WAI2K and achieve your goal. James Kuegler Coaching and Run Wellington have set up four training programs. Two 12-week programs, one for the 43km Trail Marathon and another for the 61km Trail Ultra-Marathon and two 16-week programs, one for the 83km Trail Ultra-Marathon and another for the 101km Trail Ulta-Marathon. You can purchase these plans directly for NZ$50. The program includes a comprehensive 12 or 16-week training schedule to take the guesswork out of your training and will provide you with a structure for completing the event of your choice.
