The Fundamentals of Running. Technique Workshop.

Are you jogging for fun and fitness? Training for a marathon? An old hand looking for some new tricks to avoid injury? We guarantee you will come away with new high-performance techniques that enhance your ability to move, the way nature intended. ​​
FAQs
​The workshop is a combination of theory and practice. Participants can expect to cover approximately 2km during the workshop. 

The workshop is geared towards adults, though I am more than happy for youngsters to attend the session. Children under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by an actively participating adult.

The workshop is suitable and beneficial for all ability levels. It is recommended that participants attend the Fundamentals of Running Technique Workshop, or have previously attended a similar James Kuegler Coaching workshop.

The workshop will take place in rain, hail, or shine. Please make sure that you dress appropriately.

​Final details for the workshop will be emailed out to participants a week prior to the workshop.
