2020 WUU2K Training Programme. 12 Weeks.
Train for the WUU2K and achieve your goal. James Kuegler Coaching and Run Wellington who have been supporters of the WUU2K since its start has set up two training programs for both 42km Trail Marathon and 63km Trail Ultra-Marathon. The program includes a comprehensive 12-week training schedule to take the guesswork out of your training and will provide you with a structure for completing the event of your choice.

- Access to a private FB group where we post QnA and guidelines on the plan for each block moderated by James Kuegler and Run Wellington
- Attend any of the Saturday group sessions and some group long runs in Wellington and or Auckland - we will post logistics in the FB group on when these are happening
