Trail Running. Technique Workshop.
Join James Kuegler for a two hour running workshop aimed at helping you move efficiently and quickly of a variety of terrain.
During the workshop you workshop you can expect to learn about: uphills, downhills, negotiating difficult terrain, negotiating water, the line of least resistance, and trail running safety.

The workshop is a combination of theory and practice. A reasonable level of fitness is required for the workshop, and you can expect to cover approximately 4-6km during the two hours.
The workshop is geared towards adults, though I am more than happy for youngsters to attend the session. Children under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by an actively participating adult.
The workshop will take place in rain, hail, or shine. Please make sure that you dress appropriately.
