The Beginners Guide to Running
Everyone starts their running journey as a beginner. Join James Kuegler for a Beginners Guide to Running webinar that will help to demystify your running development.

​- Learn how to develop a resilient body. James will also help you to develop a team around you to get you back up and running should you fall off the rails.
- The difference between pain and discomfort. When to keep pushing, and when to stop.

- Understand the long term effect of adding together a series of small steps.
- Helping to make sure you are running for the right reasons. Hint: you have to love (or learn to love) the art and practice of running.

- Gear recommendations (and warnings) including watches, shoes, backpacks.
- What is realistic in terms of training volume, speed/pace, progress/improvement.
- Begin to understand the difference between what is important and useful vs well marketed rubbish.
- Learn about the benefits of being part of a group.

- Get the answers to all of the questions you feel too embarrassed to ask.
