About Stephanie Jones
Stephanie Jones is a Physiotherapist who graduated from Otago university with Distinction in 2010. She spent time working in private and public health in Wellington and London, then floated around on superyachts for a while, teaching yoga, serving cocktails and doing massage.

Steph is a qualified yoga and pilates reformer teacher which she balances with her current work as a pelvic health physiotherapist in Wellington.

Steph got into pelvic health after having patients and friends tell her about experiencing urinary, bowel or sexual dysfunction and not knowing how to help them with Physiotherapy. She has contacts around New Zealand if you are looking for someone in your area.

She runs pregnancy, postnatal and menopause specific pilates reformer classes and holds workshops for personal trainers on how to recognise dysfunction and modify training to make exercise pelvic floor safe.

Steph has always been a keen sportswoman and recently ran her first ultra-marathon - with the help of James Kuegler Coaching of course!
