Event of the Week:

Great Wall Marathon, China

5,164 steps into history.
The Great Wall Marathon is one of the world's most revered and challenging marathons.
Great Wall Marathon
The Great Wall Marathon has two distinct sections. In the first 9km of the course, competitors run up to, across and down the Great Wall, with steep ascents and descents up to 10% in gradient. The second section is run along roads and trails passing through idyllic and picturesque rice fields. The final 9km repeats the first 9km where the steep gradient feels even steeper.
