The WUU2K programmes are a collaboration between RERE, James Kuegler Coaching and  Run Wellington.
Each programme includes a comprehensive 12 week training schedule to take the guesswork out of your training and will provide you with a structure for completing the event of your choice.

Are these tiered training programmes that adjust based on fitness/speed or generic programmes one-size fits all?

Hi James,
I've just purchased a training plan for the WUU2K marathon. Is there anyway to get the Q&A and training info other than Facebook....FYI don't use Facebook and don't want to use facebook.
